Great culture. The office is really friendly and welcoming. It's really easy to ask for help.
The office itself is also really nice, with free snacks in the canteen area.
Work is fairly self-motivated; no one is breathing down your neck.
There's a nice mix of new grads and more experienced developers in the office.
The cycle to work scheme isn't in place yet.
Admin stuff can take a while to sort, since it often has to go to people who are in other countries.
