Arista is an excellent company to work for. The use of a flat management culture allows for individuals at all levels to make important contributions and see the direct impact of the work they do. It is a software engineering company, and not just in name; the technical expertise is evident in the upper layers of management and directors.
From my own experience, the other engineers are highly skilled, and the atmosphere is one of collaboration and sharing this expertise to design the best software possible. The work is challenging but enjoyable, and the office environment and culture in the Dublin office is fantastic.
One of the only issues is that currently there is not an employer matching of pension contributions.

The technical engineering experience of the top level of management is a vital part of how the company operates, and this should be retained.
