My favorite thing about Arista is the absence of unnecessary, strict rules. I can work from home when I need to be at home and I can adjust my working hours slightly to suit my needs. Standups are great; they usually end up being more light-hearted than they need to be.
Nothing bad to say about the company. Just trying to use up a 20-word minimum. Did I forget to mention that there's a pool table?
Keep hiring lovely people. Personality is just as important as work ability, which is why I think we have such a great working environment.
