Flat organization, no titles here; everybody is a software engineer. No need for iteration with non-tech people; even the CTO writes code here. No managers talking about things they don't really know.
Great office. Flexible hours. Work from home occasionally. Good work-life balance. All the regular perks.
Some internal administrative departments aren't local and need to be pushed to provide an answer. The bike-to-work scheme isn't in effect yet. No extra holidays. No clear bonus policy.
