Unparalleled work culture and fantastic office atmosphere. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful employee base. Generous benefits (although I don’t really have a reference for the industry). Flexible working.
Very little to complain about.
- A couple of the in-house tools can be a little verbose/clunky, but the DIY culture it brings far outweighs the cons there.
- Learning curve can be a little tricky for beginners, and I could have gotten lucky with an excellent mentor and manager.
Keep doing what you’re doing and listening to people who leave, because they will have a valuable perspective.
