Working at Arista Networks is a real pleasure in life.
People are smart, ready to help at any time, come from everywhere in Europe and outside, and are socially really open. The office in Dublin is really nice.
There are snacks, events, and everything you need to be happy, including a recreational room.
The domains you can work on are multiple (infra, application, routing software, platform software, ...), and this is a really good point. You are free to work in any team you want, and free to change teams.
Arista Networks deals with software engineering offices on the West Coast and East Coast of America, Dublin, Ireland, and Bangalore, India.
It can be hard or take time to schedule meetings or agree on solutions with every office sometimes.
Keep going like this. Maybe add more events in the Dublin office, as people usually compare it to HQ, where they actually used to schedule awesome events.
