The work itself is very interesting. The people are nice, and the office is nice. There is an amazing work/life balance, and we have great team-building events, activities, and hackathons.
Compensation could be better (you need to fight for getting what you should get). Evolution perspectives are not really existing.
Maybe try to get the different bonuses and raises as part of the contract, as loads of other big companies do, so that good engineers have an actual incentive to stay.
