Repetitive Work, Good Balance
I have been here for more than 6 years, so I guess the pay is good for me. I don't know about others.
Work-life balance is good.
If I want to do something new, I can, as long as it has a clear alignment with the goals of the company.
- No one knows what your expected pay amount is, so you don't know when you get raises or RSUs and for how much.
- The industry is old, so there is little innovation. You get a 20-year-old RFC as input and should give code as the output. After some time, it feels repetitive.
