Work is good, good WLB.
The compensation structure and hikes are horrible. It is turning out to be a complete nightmare for me. I have been a good performer and have not received a single adjustment for more than 2 years.
You can literally go without hikes for more than 2-3 years. The company gives zero perks.
The compensation adjustment is done based on a flawed formula coded by the CTO, which basically keeps your salary constant for 3 years if the stock price shoots up.
Most of the good reviews in Glassdoor are fake, given by HR. Don't fall for this trap.
Bad company. Doesn't value its employees.
Get out of your caves and look around what's going on in the market. If you can't even give hikes to employees to beat inflation, and you don't value those who work for you, the company is bound to fail.
