The review system is a trap. It's based on how your peers rate you, and you don't have a say. You keep helping your peers and won't be able to give time to your own work. Then your manager will say you don't deliver. If you focus more on your work, then your peers would screw you. At hike time, you would not be given one because of the above reasons.
Salary is really low as compared to others. And the work is too much. Do coding, fix tests, work on releases, design docs, customer escalations, help peers, etc.
