Your manager will not care about how long you take to complete work, even if getting one document ready takes months.
Good WLB.
Changing teams here is not easy.
They will try to make you stay in the same team by giving advice that this will help in the future.
No transparent discussions regarding compensations or bonuses.
Better to leave for companies which offer better growth.
You will not be worth anyone if you stay longer here for more than a year.
