Arista has a very adaptive culture where most employees are flexible with co-workers' priorities and timing. Everyone's focus is on quality work with high coding standards, rather than running behind deadlines and deliverables. There are plenty of processes in place so that you don't feel left out. Software engineering is very nicely laid out by top management, who themselves are great engineers. They relate to day-in, day-out problems of engineering and frequently review processes to improve engineering life.
None that come to my mind.
The interview process took about 3 weeks. They followed up on questions I had after each round of interview.
Coding round: Conducted on Coderpad, emphasis on style and clean code. The question was very easy and took barely 5 minutes. First round: C++ trivia, question on trees. Second round: Resume review, a question on Tries.
I had an online coding question with the interviewer. I had to use C++ and start with two easy-level questions. It was about 1 hour long, and you will receive some feedback.
