You can get stuck in maintenance hell if you are not proactive in picking your projects and what you work on.
Need strict work/life boundaries to not get bothered outside of work hours. Nothing inherently wrong with Arista itself, but you tend to work with people across many timezones, and they're not always aware of your own work hours.
