Tough but Good
No deadlines. People have an emphasis on doing code right and fixing customer problems first before pushing out their own new products. They actually do focus on fixing bugs, which is a good thing in the long run.
High learning curve, lots of stuff to learn, weird dependencies, and small mistakes could easily cost more time.
Tools are slow, which could hamper development, but people know and are trying to speed things up for us.
