Coworkers are down-to-earth, open, and friendly people to work with. Development is very self-driven, with room to cooperate with others. The age range and ethnicities of the people employed are fairly diverse. The hierarchy structure is flat (which I respect and see as a pro), and there is an almost start-up-like vibe here. Your experience may vary based on your team.
