Pros

Very smart engineers.

CTO is fantastic.

Work/Life balance is alright.

Cons

Upper management has let culture die slowly, cutting costs wherever they can find.

No team outings or milestone celebrations.

Compensation is not competitive with the industry.

Senior and high-performing engineers are leaving for other companies where they feel more valued.

Advice to Management

Start thinking more about your employees instead of just your shareholders. Retention will decline, and you will struggle to find people to make your products if this continues for too much longer.
