- Superbly architected software.
- To be hired, you have to not only be good at what you do but also be a nice person. Once you're hired, being nice and helping your co-workers solve problems is almost explicitly incentivized.
- All in all, this is a really nice place to work.
For a pre-IPO company that has top talent and (I believe) will go from strength to strength, the workplace and perks are a bit spartan.
- Preserve the culture
- Keep the hierarchy flat
- Make sure everyone in management is highly technical
