There aren't enough good things I can say about Arista Networks.
Previous to joining, it was common knowledge within the Networking Industry that Arista Networks was an amazing place to work for a lot of different reasons. Like most of the hype in the industry, you take it for what it's worth. It wasn't until I became a part of the Arista Family that I was able to confirm all the hype!
I am blown away by the amazing people I have the privilege to work alongside. I'm always learning new things, encouraged to be curious and let my imagination run free, given the freedom to express my ideas, to be innovative, and am able to work with different teams, aside from a number of other things.
In short, Leadership is amazing, my colleagues are the absolute best, and I couldn't be happier with my decision to join Arista Networks. I'm very blessed to be able to say that I love what I do, and love even more who I do it for! I look forward to being a part of the exciting and amazing things happening at Arista for many years to come!
Happy to say, there are none!
Keep up the amazing job!

The interview is conducted over the phone. I need to access their remote server using SSH and answer prepared questions. The interview lasts for an hour. I also need to implement an algorithm using Java.
