The review system is completely crap. Hard work is not rewarded in this company.

There are no facilities available in the office: no cab, no gym, not even a proper sitting place. They accommodate three people in a space sufficient only for two.

You are expected to work on multiple projects, escalations, and feature maintenance, and yet your salary does not increase.

You might end up getting the same salary for three to four years without any increments, as no hikes for multiple years is a very common thing here.
