At first, the fresh new office and its location in Dublin are really a must.
You get all you need to work in a perfect environment with really good and humble co-workers. Basically, everybody can learn from each other.
Projects are really interesting and there is a lot to learn. Tools are really powerful and well thought out.
Every person out there is really considered in the company (it's easy to discuss and suggest on major things). Some events are planned (at least one per month). Otherwise, if you are from another country, you will be refunded for your relocation expenses.
No real cons so far.
Maybe the fact that it is a brand new office. There are still things to take care of and become more mature. But the staff is really motivated, and everything will be perfect soon!
Also, there is no real and direct feedback on the work that we do and how we fit within the company (except for the review system).
Keep your motivation and don't hesitate to speak with the employees if there is a problem or things to improve.
