I personally feel that the Arista Systest team in Bangalore is a great place to work. If you are passionate about learning new technologies and working on different areas, you get many opportunities. The flat hierarchy helped me to work with people from different teams and collaborate on projects. Also, the peer review system, though confusing to understand, is different here at Arista. Plus, you get full ownership of your work, which is great!
Not much as far as I can think of. However, an official shuttle service will be better considering the traffic. The Ola Corporate membership is a bit helpful, though.
