Arista is a great place to work, and I think it's the best company I have ever worked with in my whole career. If you are passionate about learning, then you can get countless opportunities at Arista.

• No regression work to be done by the test team.
• You get full ownership of your work.
• A great development team who are always ready to help and look into issues observed by the test team on priority.
• Great work culture.
• Test team managers, both in the US and Bangalore, are really nice and technically good. I felt really great working with them. No one will interfere in your work if you are delivering your work on time and with quality.
• You get to work with the best people in the industry.
• There is no local lab in Bangalore. Still, Arista has done really well in coordinating lab requests in the past, and I never felt any issues in getting my testbed setup done. Thanks to the people in the US team who help the Bangalore team build the required test topologies on time.
• The new Bangalore office is great and has a lot of facilities like a gym, game room, etc.

Not many, as far as I can see. But I feel the finance team in Bangalore is not that great, and you will sometimes face issues working with them.
