It used to be a good place to work, but not anymore
- You can work a lot and gain a lot of experience at your own pace.
- Compensation is not very good.
- Expectation to work 60+ hours.
- Micromanagement.
- No career progress goals are laid out for you.
- You never know what rank you are working on.
- No incentives for you to work for.
- Very low RSU plan.
- Vague review plan, more of a popularity contest that gets influenced by the managers.
Give better incentives if you want your workers to put in some effort.
