I love the people I work with. A very welcoming and supportive environment. The senior engineer I work with is an absolute genius. There are very few companies that make Mondays exciting. This is one of them!
Salary progression, especially for mid-level engineers, is not that great.
Don't ignore snack requests! As much as I love KitKats, a variety/rotation of snacks is appreciated :)
