- Additional benefits along with salary, e.g., bonus, stocks, etc.
- Flexible timings.
- Micro-management: Product managers do not trust team members with timelines.
- Sales-focused feature development with sales-defined timelines.
- Very old tech stack and no enthusiasm for upgrading it.
- Team-based or connection-based favoring.
- The company's architect decides how you performed after delivering a feature and never guides while the feature is in development.
Let go of the people who do not work and just show off. Retain the people who actually do the work.
