It wasn't clear what the team's tasks or projects were, and every day the priorities changed. There was no guidance and no personal improvement. In every meeting, the one who shouts loudest gets to speak. People tended to speak even if they didn't have anything more to say because they understood that this was the way to get a promotion. If you have any other option, you shouldn't go work at Armis.
