3-month review
The first three months have been a great experience. The team is professional, friendly, and very supportive, which made the transition smooth and welcoming. The work environment encourages collaboration and growth, and I’ve felt comfortable and valued since day one. I’m excited to keep learning and contributing.
It can be challenging to fully understand the bigger picture behind some tasks at times because Armis is a big company. Having more context or visibility into long-term goals could help align day-to-day work with overall objectives.
