Phone screen, then an onsite (about 6.5 hours). A few things I disliked were that they really enjoyed nitpicking my solution hard and didn't really try to understand my approach. It seemed very narrow-minded.
I also got cut off rudely during the introduction because time was tight for the session. It felt like the interviewer was just tired of interviewing and didn't care about my past experience.
I performed solidly technically but didn't get an offer. The conversation with the EM probably didn't go well. Again, I felt judged and nitpicked very hard, which was different from my other onsites where interviewers were also interested in my passion and strong areas.
Unfortunately, this was a negative experience. I know I performed well but still wonder why I felt so stressed and even bad about myself afterward.
