A recruiter reached out to me. I had a phone call with the recruiter.

Later, a technical phone screen was scheduled.

The recruiter was terrible. I had to reach out to get updates on the next steps each time. It was the worst recruitment experience I have had.

My advice is don’t waste your time. They don’t seem to take candidates seriously, even if they reach out to you first.
