After sending my CV, I almost instantly got my phone screening scheduled. The HR was very kind; we discussed my background and I was introduced to Asana's values and the recruitment process. I was invited to proceed with the interview process.

First technical assessment was an online interview with the camera off. I had two problems to solve - one involving data structures and one about Object Oriented design. In the first part, I had to describe how I would approach the problem; for the second part, pseudo-code was enough.

I was invited to the second step of the recruitment process, and I haven't attended it yet.
