I applied for this position through Asana's website online. After not hearing back for a week and a half, I sent an email to Asana Support regarding my application.
They forwarded my email to the recruiting team, and I heard back within a day. I was given an online coding challenge, which had a 30-minute time restriction.
The second round included a technical interview with an Asana engineer. This interview did not require a computer, as it did not involve any actual coding. I was given a problem and asked to explain how I would solve it in words.
Also included in the second round was a phone call with an HR representative about the company. This was more of an informational talk, rather than a phone screening.
I did not make it past the second round.
