- Solid engineering team
- Not a lot of challenging problems. The scale isn't huge, so you won't be pushing the envelope on anything. As a result, it's hard to progress.
- Business is not doing well. Perks are being cut left and right, and raises have gotten worse every year.
- Tons of micromanaging. Area leads have their hands in every little project decision. They love leaving feedback to look like they know what is going on (they don't).
