I loved interning at Asana. What I thought was unique about Asana, compared to other companies I've worked at before, was its focus on company culture, work productivity, and team dynamic. Nowadays, I think a lot about company culture in terms of what I experienced at Asana.

The first round is systems design, followed by 4-5 more hours of LeetCode and systems design. Finally, there are soft skills interviews. They do light quizzing here and there on coding style and debugging.
