Work culture is incredible!
They care about your engagement in your role, and it's easy to switch teams to avoid stagnation.
There are no cons I can think of. The non-work culture is not what it used to be, of course, with the market and management shifts.
Try and maintain a good work culture! I do appreciate it quite a bit at Asana. I feel like I want to work hard rather than be forced to work hard.
