A lot of companies claim to be mission-driven, but I've never been part of an organization where the mission and values are referenced in conversation daily. Asana truly cares about creating a great product for customers and creating a great culture where employees are inspired to do their best work.

Recruiter call followed by a technical screen. Then onsite. Onsite was nice and there was a break for lunch too. Overall a pretty smooth process though they did kind of lag in between the screen and onsite.
