There are also activities like yoga, fitness, and reading. - Decent pay. The average salary might be higher than semiconductor companies and a bit lower than Internet industries. It's decent enough for living in China.

Cons: - Too much legacy code in products, and it's hard to maintain. Some code was written in such an ugly way that I wonder whether it was written by somebody with no programming experience. - High senior employee turnover rate. Many senior employees turn over to positions with higher salaries in other companies due to many reasons, especially for house purchasing. Houses in big cities in China are pretty expensive compared to their living costs.
