Two phone interviews totaling 4 hours. Then another 3-hour face-to-face interview in Veldhoven.
Later, they couldn't identify what type of candidate they required for this role in the first 4 hours of interview. During the face-to-face interview, they suggested that I am not suitable for the role due to a lack of theoretical work.
Interviews need to grow up and first read carefully the CV of the selected candidates before considering them for the role.
