The interview was scheduled by a third-party recruiter, Monster. I first had a phone interview with a third-party recruiter from Monster. The interviewer asked if I had relevant experience in lithography and semiconductor processing. It was a nice interview with no technical questions. Then, she told me that I would receive a confirmation if I would have an onsite interview. But then, she said that the manager would like to have a phone interview with me. The questions were about the projects and work experience I had done before. The problems were easy, and the people there were nice.
Basically, the interviewer asked about the experience on the resume.
