2. The director responded and arranged a telephone interview via HR.

3. Telephone interview with the department manager, with a listening director present.

4. HR emailed me to inform me that I had passed the telephone interviews well and arranged the online assessment.

5. Completed multiple online IQ & EQ assessments.

6. HR replied that the online assessment results were ready for psychiatric evaluation. HR emailed to arrange the evaluation.

7. Psychiatrist on the phone during the evaluation.

8. HR responded and arranged an in-person interview.

9. In-person interview with 3 department directors, 1 department engineer & 1 HR director + manager.

10. HR emailed an offer letter; the offer was accepted.
