Pros: Great place to learn about the industry and lots of opportunities.
Benefits are very good and compensation is competitive.
Cons: Top-down management that is completely unresponsive. If you don't fit into the company image or standard, your credibility and commitment will be questioned constantly. Don't even get your own desk, and good luck seeing the sun at all in the winter. Not recommended for fresh grads.
