It was a DevOps Co-op position: full time summer + fall.
- Meeting with hiring manager.
- Meeting with 2 engineers back to back.
- Offer.
Very quick process. However, interviews were asking questions not related to the position. Since this was a DevOps position, I was more prepared to answer related to that, but ended up being asked about DSA.
Questions
How much Python experience do you have?
Why is Python your favorite? What are its pros and cons?
How do you debug when there are errors?
Given two lists of numbers, find the overlapping numbers. The solution was provided. The task was to optimize it and provide its time and space complexity.
