Pros: The benefits, vacancies, and flexibility are great! The company has a lot of money, so it is very open to research and trying new techniques.
Cons: Because of having too much money, the departments grow too much without the real need for more people. Then the teams get split up, and everyone becomes a manager or scrum master. In the end, few people actually work hard, meanwhile the mentality is to just postpone everything until next week.

Pros: Good work environment, a lot of employee benefits (including good salaries and many vacation days), and a super comfortable space.
Cons: Sometimes, deadlines make us work against the clock, and that transfers pressure to the whole team.
