The work is interesting, and there is never a dull moment.
Cons: Hectic deadlines can extract a great toll, both mentally and physically.

Pros: ASML has a strong, employee-friendly culture.
Work schedule flexibility, both in working hours and working remotely.
Strong and clear role hierarchy.
Interesting and challenging work.
Cons: Regimented salary increases make it difficult to be promoted to the next job grade. Once you've been promoted, you will not be promoted again for another 3-5 years, regardless of your performance reviews.
Communication from upper management to teams is poor.
Changes to the way of working are abrupt and not announced in advance.
Teams are typically understaffed while expecting the production of a fully staffed team.
