I went through the interview process for 2 roles.
The first one was 3 rounds, not including screening calls with the recruiter. After the initial screening with the hiring manager, there was a panel interview with a few engineers from the team. Then the final interview was with the manager. It took months, after which the recruiter responded back that they went ahead with someone else. I followed up a few times, and each time they said they would get back to me. The panel interview seemed very unorganized. Very poor, in my opinion, for a company which wants to stand out as a leader in the industry.
The second time, I had an interview with the manager, and then he said he would get back to me after a couple of weeks. That never happened, even after a follow-up with the recruiter. Again, very poor when the recruiter and manager portray how good the company is and their culture.
Both times, the questions were about past experiences, deep diving into some of the roles, and situational and behavioral questions.
