Pros: Felt welcomed as an intern. The open-door policy was nice for talking to various employees in the company, both for doing the work and for networking.
Cons: More money for relocation stipend would be nice. The location for the internship is very expensive.

Cons: I can't think of any. It's a great place to work and great people to be around.

Pros: The work was flexible, and my manager allowed me to work from home when I wanted to.
I also had a great peer group.
The University Relations Coordinator (Lysette) was also really helpful.
Cons: The office didn't have the resources to rehire us for full-time positions.
