Applied normally and received a screening call from a recruiter.
General questions about relocation, etc. and scheduled a call with the Hiring Manager later on for about 30 minutes.
Everything was very chill. It's just my interview got scheduled very late in the week (Friday afternoon), and they had shortlisted the candidates before.
Also, I messed up the interview by getting too friendly (not my natural element in interviews) than one is supposed to be.
My advice is to be straightforward and in your natural element.
