Pros: If you are looking to work for a large company with a very intricate class structure that gets a lot of very important and cool work done, ASML is great. There are a lot of people, and the machines are very complicated. But they are also insanely cool.

Cons: If you don't like large companies, ASML can feel a bit disingenuous. I was also not a fan of the area.

Pros: flexible, work-life balance, culture

Cons: Not a bad experience, it's nice.

Pros: + Bonus + Big company (move to other projects when you get bored)

Cons: - Big company (very slow processes) - Salary is not as competitive as other companies in Amsterdam
