Process
I got an email to schedule a phone interview. When I was scheduling the interview, they also asked a bunch of questions. The questions were more about yourself, your preferred work schedule, and a few math questions.
Questions
The phone interview was easy and quick. They mostly just confirmed your work experiences and your answers on the form you previously filled. They also discussed the salary and told me they’d schedule a video interview later.

Lots of big talk, not much follow-through
Mechanical Design Engineer III • Former Employee
Wilton, Connecticut, United States

Pros: Great place to learn about the industry and lots of opportunities.
Benefits are very good and compensation is competitive.
Cons: Top-down management that is completely unresponsive. If you don't fit into the company image or standard, your credibility and commitment will be questioned constantly. Don't even get your own desk, and good luck seeing the sun at all in the winter. Not recommended for fresh grads.

Good for people with no experience or new graduates
Senior Optical Sensing Engineer • Current Employee
Wilton, Connecticut, United States
October 9, 2024
Pros: World company with the opportunity of getting in touch with different people. Knowledge-sharing culture, opportunity of switching different roles. Stable to stay – almost never any layoffs.
Cons: No space for technical experts, flat management, and no healthy tech levels. Newbies led the experienced guys everywhere. A lot of old seniors with no technical competence. No respect for technical invention; everybody takes other people's work for granted under the cover of knowledge sharing. The architect is everything and takes everything on the tech side. Everybody wants to become an architect. Project Leads (PLs) do not have technical competency (knew nothing about the product other than Microsoft Project and PPT). Group Leads (GLs) do not have technical competency but just play politics under the cover of helping team members grow. They always promote newbies or provide promotion opportunities by hiring from outside. They promote or downgrade people based on what they said or reported, other than what they did or performed.
