Had two interviews where they assessed if I was the right fit for the company. It was previously mentioned that based on my resume, I would quite likely get the job. Finding the right department was the goal of the interviews. There was very little room to negotiate salary. This was partly because I had just completed my bachelor's degree, even though I already had a few years of (full-time) work experience with an MBO diploma.
