1 hour of Skype interview, followed by 4 hours of on-site interview.
In the on-site interview, there were people from HR during the first hour, then D&E and quality team members.
The interview mood was very relaxed. They offered me a comfortable place, and the questions were very clear and accurate. The interviewers appeared quite sympathetic to me.
They gave me very good feedback.
After 4 days, I received the refusal via email, with the comment that I had no experience. Then I asked for more information, and a person (who didn't participate in the interview) told me that they are looking for a person with the ability to influence decisions, working as a "change agent".
But this is my main strength! I'm really disappointed and surprised. It's possible that I wasn't able to communicate this point. In every case, I'm very disappointed about the final result and, in particular, about the way I was treated!
A lot of questions about my actual role.
